No Regrets

“You see, I knew it the moment
our eyes met that I loved you.”

I remember that night like it was yesterday. The night you mustered up the courage to hold my hand. And then when I walked you to your car, I didn’t hesitate to kiss you. One of the few times I was ever brazen enough to act upon my feelings. You see, I knew it the moment our eyes met that first time. The time you really looked into my eyes and wasn’t horrified at what you saw looking back at you. I knew in that moment that I loved you. And you never left me regretting it.

So please,
don’t ever change.
