Today, I gave myself permission to stop. I gave myself permission to cry. Because all those people I’ve lost deserve to be mourned.
Not for their benefit, but for mine.

Forgiveness has bnothing to do with anyone else. And it’s probably the most difficult process we can face. I look at dogs. It doesn’ t who or how bad they are always willing to love in return. Like it’s a natural state. Maybe sometimes we overthink it…
