That’s funny, really, because no matter who or when, I never saw it coming. But I had prepared myself in advance. Never like a plan “in case of lost relationship break glass” but I did have “oh, you’re already packed? Okay.” ready and loaded, just in case.

An ongoing theme of loss, although different types, lately. I can relate to all of them. Sometimes we drift apart from a love, and it’s for the better. But sometimes, our hearts can drift back together too.
