Yes! “Keep learning. Keep growing.” This is something that I’ve long believed. I’ve often wondered what people do with their lives once they decide they don’t have anything else to learn. π
I know, right? I love learning new things. I did that so much in the past when I’d hit those writing blocks or writer lows, but once I really started sticking through it and forcing myself to keep going, I learned, and I’ve kept learning. For nearly three years now. When I look back, I’m amazed at how much I’ve learned. ππ
Yes, exactly. It is hard sometimes when it feels like your efforts aren’t going anywhere, but there’s an old Buddhist belief, or philosophy, that is called “regression to the mean” which is sort of like looking at life’s ups and downs on a spectrum. If things are great, they’ll go back to good, and if things are bad, they’ll go back to good. π
So true.

Great words and thoughts Sarah. I find as I get older there is so much more I need to learn about.

I understand. I’m just not sure why some people don’t feel the need to learn more. Or continue learning their passion.

So true… and often, the most important lessons, we learn by ourself, if we are open minded enough!
