This is especially poignant for me, as I’m battling anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem and confidence due to the emotional abuse from my ex-wife. I just wrote a long post about this yesterday so I won’t go into details here, but I’m breaking free.
I was inspired by the movie Sing, actually. it’s really kicked my butt back in gear and brought me back here. I hope things get better for you! You’ve got this!
