Sailing atop the clouds this night,
I reach up with the universe gliding
between my fingertips,
painting the sky
with swirling starshine.

Suffering from anxiety and depression must be really hard.. I’m only thirteen but I should stop taking my healthy condition for granted ; anyways, I just wanted to say you’re an amazing source of inspiration for me as a writer and my Mom adores your book – The Silence Between Moonbeams. <33 Thank you!!

and they say the sky is the limit. nice piece on elation, success and the wish to keep reaching higher. but above that, the unselfishness to grant others their wishes – painting the sky with stars.

This is beautiful. It feels like words from a well-done picture book – the kind that would have soft-edged, water-colored illustrations.
