You read my thoughts through my eyes and felt my fear, the overwhelming amount of guilt, and sadness, but you still saw the light, glimmering against all that darkness like the stars in the night sky, and you promised me, “Tomorrow will be another day.”

  1. “…but you still saw the light, glimmering against all that darkness like the stars in the night sky,” I love this line. it’s like even though she has all of this emotional baggage, he’s able to see the beautiful light shining inside of her. Just lovely. 🙂
