    1. Not really. During the last (what I hoped would be the last edit) migraines only allowed me to review in spurts. Then I discovered that nifty text-to-speech feature on the Kindle where it will read to you. Once I realized that, I wanted to do one more pass. I didn’t want to rush through either. So I set a pace that would require a few extra days. I have one more day of listening and then it’s done. Luckily not much needed to be fixed. I guess it was just a little paranoia. 😊

      1. You’re so inspiring. I feel like I’ll never get a book done. I’m sure the new book will be amazing, and I’m glad you found the Kindle app! I will be sure to download it.

      2. My husband was the one that told me about it, since my head often hurts too bad to read. In terms of getting a book done. Baby steps. Don’t look at the whole picture. Tackle one problem at a time.

      3. I’m getting there. I only just realized I can’t write a book in one night lol. Will it be on amazon? I need to go catch up on your blog, I’ve just been so scattered!

  1. Even your updates are poetic. I’m highly amused.

Sometimes you need to step back and realize that an original deadline isn’t going to work for a particular project. Fortunately, you’re able to do so and make this work the way you want it to. Good luck!

      1. Thank you. I think it’s mostly my own paranoia. I just wanted to give it one more pass. Rushing through it would just mean I’d be more likely to miss things. Mostly, it’s fine, but I’m taking out unnecessary adverbs and listening for spots that need attention, which luckily aren’t many. But I don’t feel like I can get the second half of the book read and then formatted by Monday without driving myself crazy.
