If you’re alone,
lost, and in pain
with no hope for rescue,
don’t be afraid to
take a leap and
save yourself.

  1. My friend keeps telling me “The bad news is, you’ve jumped out of an airplane with no parachute. The good news is, it’ll be over soon. So you may as well enjoy the view.” Is that comforting? Your poetry is. Thank you.
